I can't Find the jewellery I want
Since we often create our collections in limited runs, each piece feels extra special and personal. If you've spotted something at our pop-up or on social media but can’t find it on the website—or if an item is out of stock—reach out to us! Let us know where & when you saw it and if you have a picture, even better!
Is Your Jewellery Hypoallergenic?
None of our pieces contain nickel, which is the culprit of most jewellery allergies. You can wear them without worrying about nickel irritation. However in the very rare case you're allergic to other metals (i.e. silver & gold), please reach out to us — we’re happy to help!
Is Your Jewellery Waterproof?
While some of our pieces are water-resistant, to maintain their sparkle, we recommend keeping all jewellery (even the gold-filled ones) away from water, perfumes, and lotions for longevity. The only truly waterproof jewellery is solid gold, which can be quite pricey. Our pieces offer a more affordable alternative and, thanks to thick plating, can last for years with proper care.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each order comes with a premium MISSA & KISSA jewellery pouch. Gift wrapping is available at check out - you can also leave gift notes which will be beautifully handwritten by our team!
Do you take custom orders?
We do - depending on what you're looking for and when you'll need it. If we can't help, we'll do our best to connect you with someone who can.

Shipping

When will I receive my order? Is it tracked?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you’ve ordered a made-to-order piece, please allow an extra 1-2 days. For UK orders, we provide tracked delivery with Royal Mail. It should arrive within 3 days after being dispatched. International orders can be shipped with standard or tracked delivery, depending on your choice at checkout (we recommend opting for tracked for peace of mind). It will take 10 - 25 business days to arrive. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a notification along with tracking information so you can follow its journey! Just a heads up: once the package is with the courier, we can’t take responsibility for any delays or mishaps, but we’ll do our best to assist you if issues arise.

Are taxes included in prices for international orders?
For any orders heading outside the UK, including the EU, local import duties might apply before your delivery reaches you. Every country has its own rules, so it’s a good idea to check beforehand to avoid any surprises! If a package comes back to us because the duties weren’t paid, we’ll need to deduct the original shipping cost and any return fees from your refund. Reach out if you need more info.

Returns & Exchange

Can I return the jewellery?
We truly cherish our community, and it’s our goal for you to love every piece you receive. If your order doesn’t quite hit the mark, please reach out—we're here to help and make things right! You can return your purchase within 30 calendar days, as long as it’s in its original packaging and condition - undamaged and unworn. Please note that we can’t accept returns on sale items, made-to-order pieces, or earrings (for hygiene reasons). Please refer to our return page for how to return.
Can I exchange if the size is not right?
Absolutely! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different colour or size, we’ll handle it like a return. You can simply place a new order for the piece you’d prefer. If you’re in Edinburgh, we may even be able to arrange an in-person exchange! Please note that the process and conditions will be the same as our return policy. While we can't guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be in stock, we’re always here to help you find the perfect piece!
