Discounts apply only during this time, and we’re not able to adjust prices on past orders.
2. Discounts & Pricing
• Discounts will be listed or appear automatically at checkout
• Stock is limited and may change throughout the week — pieces can sell out fast and won’t be restocked during the event.
• Items are not reserved in your cart until checkout is completed.

A few things to note:
• Gifts are included only when your final order total meets the threshold
• If you return part of your order and the total drops below the threshold, the gift will need to be returned unused
• Free gifts can’t be exchanged or swapped
• Please make sure the gift bundle is added to your cart before checking out — it can’t be added afterwards
• Once gift stock is gone, it’s gone for the event
4. Returns & Exchanges
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

All reduced items are final sale.
Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
5. 6-Month Warranty
Your jewellery is covered by our standard 6-month warranty for any manufacturing fault.
This doesn’t cover:
• Incorrect size
• Change of mind
• Lost pieces
If your item is eligible, we’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on what’s most suitable.
6. Shipping, Duties & Taxes
• Shipping may take a little longer during the event
• Standard shipping policy applies
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Black Friday is a busy time, so we can’t guarantee:
• Cancelling an order once placed
• Changing your address
• Merging multiple orders
Please double-check your details before checking out.
8. Discount Codes
• Welcome and referral codes may still apply
• Only one code can be used per order
• Codes can’t be added after your order is placed
9. Stock Levels
• Stock is limited and may sell out quickly
• Items in your cart are not held
• Once something sells out, it won’t return during the event
10. Errors & Omissions
If a technical or pricing error occurs, we may need to cancel the affected order and refund you — but this is rare.
