At MISSA & KISSA, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. Every piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This means that in the rare event your jewellery isn't up to our standards, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. If the original design is no longer available, we’ll offer you an equivalent alternative.

How to Make a Claim

Email hello@missakissa.co with:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)

  • Clear images showing the issue

  • A short note on what happened

We'll review your claim and, if necessary, provide return instructions. Once approved, we'll process your repair or replacement as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying your piece.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, including tarnishing/discolouration, scratches, loose huggie clasps

  • Deformed huggie/ring shapes, bent earring posts, or breakage from improper care

  • Damage from impact, crushing, or mishandling during transit after leaving any of our physical stores or pop-up 

  • Gemstones with natural inclusions (e.g. carbon flecks, uneven colour distribution), fissures, or internal fractures

  • Stone loss caused by accidental handling or activities

  • Lost or stolen items

For in-person purchases, we recommend checking your jewellery before completing payment to ensure you’re happy with the condition. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

We cover return shipping for warranty claims within the UK.

If you're outside the UK, even if you purchased in the UK, you’ll be responsible for:

  • The cost of sending your item back to us in the UK

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for both sending your item back and shipping the replacement from the UK

If a replacement delivery is refused due to duties or taxes, we can't cover any additional delivery costs. We’ll always do our best to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible

Terms & Conditions

  1. Proof of purchase or order number is required for all warranty claims

  2. Repaired or replaced items are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.

  3. Warranty is not available for sample sale items or free gifts.

  4. All of our jewellery is handcrafted - slight variations are normal and not considered defects.

MISSA & KISSA reserves the right to assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. Claims that don't meet these terms, or are suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse, may be declined. 

These policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain in place, even if our 6-month warranty expires.
