Warranty

At MISSA & KISSA, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. Every piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This means that in the rare event your jewellery fails to meet our standards, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. 

Examples of manufacturer defects:

  • Spring clasp breaking

  • Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring

  • Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it (no stretched links)

How to Make a Claim

  1. Send an email to hello@missakissa.co with the subject "Warranty Request - Order #xxxx"
  2. Attach clear images showing the defect
  3. In the body, please include your name, order number and a brief description of how it broke.

Once we receive your email, we'll review it and get you take care of.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Proof of purchase or order number is required for all warranty claims

  2. Repaired or replaced items are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.

  3. Warranty is not available for sample sale items or free gifts.

  4. All of our jewellery is handcrafted - slight variations are normal and not considered defects.

  5. If you're outside the UK, even if you purchased in the UK, you’ll be responsible for the cost of sending your item back to us in the UK, including any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  6. If the original design is no longer available, we’ll offer you an equivalent alternative.
What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, including tarnishing/discolouration, scratches, loose huggie clasps

  • Deformed huggie/ring shapes, bent earring posts, or breakage from improper care

  • Damage from impact, crushing, or mishandling during transit after leaving any of our physical stores or pop-up 

  • Lost or stolen items

For in-person purchases, we recommend checking your jewellery before completing payment to ensure you’re happy with the condition. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

MISSA & KISSA reserves the right to assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. These policies are subject to change without prior notice. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain in place, even if our 6-month warranty expires.
