You will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email once your order has left us and entered Royal Mail's network.
Your order should then arrive within 3 working days. However, there will always be the possibility of postal delays that are out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days, please let us know so that we can assist.
Please note that we're not held liable for mistakes or delay caused by the courier but we will do our best to assist you.

If you’re local to Edinburgh, you can collect your order from our shop(s) for free! It will usually be ready in 2 - 6 days. By collecting it in person, you are also avoiding shipping fee and delivery delay, which is most of the time outwith our control.
You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection.

International Taxes and Duties
All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of our pieces. You may be required to pay an import tax before your parcel can be successfully delivered to you.
The amount of tax you pay will differ depending on the country you are based in. We strongly advise you to check how much import tax you might have to pay with your local customs office before placing an order.

PRE-ORDERS
For pre-order pieces, please note that the dispatch date serves as a guide only. Your order can be dispatched before or after the date.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order pieces, by default, we will dispatch your entire order when all items are in stock. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please contact us.

Please make sure you've provided us with the correct shipping address as we are not held liable for lost orders due to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered.
If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us asap. If we haven't dispatched your order, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
